Harold Brubaker brings decades of legislative experience, including service as Speaker of the North Carolina House of Representatives, House Minority Leader, and senior budget writer. His firsthand understanding of the legislative process and long-standing relationships across state government provide clients with seasoned guidance and strategic perspective.
Sarah Bales, a licensed North Carolina attorney, advises clients on legislative strategy, public policy, and regulatory issues. Her legal background and government affairs experience allow her to help clients evaluate complex policy challenges and pursue effective solutions.
Kaitlin Rothecker, also a licensed North Carolina attorney, brings strong legal analysis, advocacy experience, and public policy insight to the firm’s government affairs work. Matt Gross brings extensive experience in health policy, legislative strategy, and executive branch government affairs.
